If you do not want to get an implant, or if it is not possible or would be too costly to do so, then we can suggest a great alternative. This requires that you still have at least 4-6 of your own teeth.
A good solution which we can offer you is a removable telescopic bridge. We have a great deal of experience in this field – close to 30 years – and our patients have been very satisfied.
The real teeth receive a primer telescopic crown of gold and onto this primer we place the removable telescopic bridge (as can be see in the middle picture.) This can be removed at any time and so is very easy to keep clean.
One great advantage of this procedure is that if you need to have one or more teeth pulled in the future, this method will not require a complete reconstruction later.
